We did the afternoon Everglades tour. Great trip to learn about the ecology and wildlife. Scant mention of the First Nations people’s connections to this land. In the lead up to the Referendum to give First Nations people a stay on policies that affect them and with changing the name back to K’gari, I would have expected more sharing of local Indigenous connection to the Everglades. I look forward to returning and hope to learn more next time.

Great location, but my children had their hearts broken when we were told we could not rent a kayak to paddle on the lake as we could only book online with a credit card. Unfortunately, we did not have access to a credit card that weekend and only had cash. The campground excepts cash for everything else, but not the kayaks. The receptionist did not seem too eager to want to help us come up with a solution to the problem. I had to explain to my children that we were not able to go paddling on the lake and they walked out of reception in tears.Terrible system and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Habitat Noosa has both pro's & con's. Beautiful location, surrounded by wildlife and access to the beach. The Paperbark Tents are a great experience and the bedding/ towels were lovely & clean. If you've never glamped before (like us) just be mindful you still need to bring all cooking utensils/ items if you plan on using the camp kitchen for cooking meals. I had called in advance to get the run-down on what we needed to bring & was reassured just clothing & food. It felt like the vague info left us in a position where we had no option but to purchase our cooked meals from the on-site restaurant as we had no plates, cutlery or utensils to cook our food we brought along. The restaurant was typical Noosa" pricing. The kettles should be updated as they wreaked

Amazing stay at Habitat Noosa! We stayed in a glamping tent. It was clean and comfortable and we had kangaroos all around with wonderful bird life. Watersports and walking tracks to keep you busy or relax in the camp.

Staff & location excellent. Glamping tents clean & well appointed but IT WAS FREEZING at NIGHT. There was insufficient bedding so wore many layers of clothing. Need extra donna/WARM blankets. Be aware you need to bring everything for self catering including cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery. Tours excellent

The location is magnificent and wildlife abundant.Bistro served amazing sweet potato chips and on tap ginger beer great.BUT... It was a disappointing experience after all the hype. We were allocated wilderness on-site tent number 1 close to amenities and camp kitchen... which sounds good in theory. Unfortunately, the kitchen was absolutely filthy. I spent an hour scrubbing to make it usable. We don't mind that it was old, but to be unhygienic is another level of lack of service altogether. I'm not enjoying posting such a negative review but feel the lack of amenity needs attention by both management and staff.

Great location. Staff are lovely, and always so helpful. Lots of wildlife, especially Kangaroos! The lake is perfect for kids of all ages. Lots of space for kids to run around in. Awesome place for young families.Only thing is that it would be good if there were more female toilets in the main block. There's almost always a queue, and if one toilet is not in service for some reason (as happened during our stay unfortunately) the wait for the other toilet can be very long! But, overall, it's a great place. Highly recommend!!

We stayed one night at Habitat Noosa and booked through ‘Hip camp’. It was nothing like we expected. We had no idea how big the place was. We enjoyed our stay so much up in the ‘gums’, a short walk to the toilets, showers, water and bar! We had dinner at the restaurant it was super quick & the staff were absolutely lovely!!! We will definitely be coming back and enjoying it with family & friends. Thank you Habitat Noosa!
