Great experience dealing with these guys, built my first deck and wanted quality service and product. Very happy with correspondence, they were efficient with email enquiry pricing job and delivering product. I even called mid afternoon to have some lengths of decking replaced due to defects which they happily sorted that same day! Highly recommend, thanks guys!

Very very rude and unhelpful staff including manager they actually hung up on me when I politely asked for their managers name and contact details. They are very quick and happy to take your money but if you have a problem be prepared for no help at all and a closed shop attitude.

Superb timber to be purchased at this hardware mostly knot free and of a quality hard to find anywhere else and it is cheaper than Bunnings the service is fantastic the boys in the timber yard a very very helpful and staff behind the counter are very knowledgeable highly recommend

Great little hardware shop opposite Bunnings and can always find what I'm after in there. Very customer friendly and helpful.prices same as Bunnings and sometimes better
