Myself and my mum and family were just so completely happy and satisfied with WhitSunday funeral home we came in and didn’t know where to start they took care of everything they are so caring and helpful people. The service was outstanding the booklet was so colourful and everyone who attended made remarks on how well the day and service went thank you so very much WhitSunday funeral homes for making our day a memorable day.

Nathan and Kiera were welcoming, and made planning as easy as it could possibly be. They handled everything for us so we weren't dealing with different vendors, and the service went beautifully. I also commend all their staff for the respect they showed to everyone, it was very touching.

Wanted an extra $1000 on top of what was already paid for a prepaid funeral whilst their advertising says one of the benefits of prepaying is to avoid inflation. Didn't explain to our family how a casket should be lowered into an older grave thus causing much hassle and the casket to drop before the pallbearers quickly rescued it. Were supposed to print 60 funeral programs, we got 30. When a refund was asked for the man laughed in our face. Very condescending when trying to talk to them about these issues. Avoid at all costs.

These guys did a great job for both our parents funeral 13 months apart. They welcomed you with a welcoming feel. I did go into another funeral place I couldn't wait to get out of there I just didn't get that feel it was terrible. They went above and beyound with the whole service from making it easier on us as a family the slide shows, music with all the audio set up at the church and a big screen to see it on. More speakers so the outside people could hear. Then burial went off smoothly as well.

Great attention to detail and a caring attitude. Have been to a few of their funeral services lately (sadly). I find them to be great at what they do and they are always looking to improve on their already excellent service. Thank you for caring.
