What a day, haven't received this kind of excellent customer service in ages. I knowing said I had a click and collect and another one I placed a hour ago knowing I had to wait to get the confirmation text said it was fine. He just handed me the game and said it was fine. Thanks Alex awesome customer service. Highly recommend this eb games.
