Great place for young kids. Cost : $15 per child rather expensive as kids 3 and under cannot use most of the play equipment.The website claimed to have cafe, but on the Sunday we were there, the cafe was closed. was not able to leave to get coffee and return.

Good playground for the kids, they love it, and that's the most important thing. A bit expensive to enter, which also means there's not many people there, very very quiet. Little cafe for some basic food. Nice and clean, plenty of room, nice environment.

One of the best soft play places we have been for parents and kids! Great value for money and kids loved it. Might need slightly longer than 2 hours if staying for coffee etc but otherwise great.

What a great place for kids the staff are so friendly and very helpful, only have few little issues i feel there should be a gate at the stairs and one at the cafe and maybe a little more activities for the toddler area.Will be bring my little one back!

Kid heaven. My 3 year old granddaughter had an absolute ball and I really enjoyed being able to interact with her ,as adults can walk or climb with the kids and get down and have some fun in the huge ball pit. Very friendly and capable staff.

I read on the website it's for ages 0-12. I took my kids 7 and 8 here and they were bored in 10mins. Would probably recommend to kids under 6. So much more could have been done down stairs than having token machines. Disappointing. I will note the staff were friendly and it was all nice and clean though.

This is the best play centre in Newcastle! The kids absolutely love the giant ball pit and two level playground. There is a special toddler area too for the little kids. Adults get a free drink with their entry and the staff are so friendly! Very clean and lots of interactive/sensory things for kids to do. Kids have a blast.

Outstanding little spot for the kids to play and for us parents to sit down and have a coffee. But do t date relax, you'll be more than tempted to join in the fun of the ball pit and the two story stack of fun!! It's worth every cent so don't knock the price, it's well worth it!! We'll be back for sure!!

Was lovely inside and staff very friendly. Wouldn’t go all the time but every so often great for the kids. Coffee shop was closed and we can’t bring our own food or drink that’s annoying but overall ok
