Misleading images on the website relating to free delivery to certain post codes, when it should be labelled free hand delivery.I placed an order on this site as it was a local business which turned out to be a nightmare. The owner updated his website shipping terms after speaking with me on the phone relating to Po Box and Parcel Lockers and I have photos to prove it.Due to a lack of knowledge on the owners part he deemed it appropriate to scream at me on the phone to the point that I had to hang up because of this behaviour.Do not recommend.

Found this website while searching for toners the regular supplier was out of, and very glad I did. So far the service has been excellent. I'm very pleased to be supporting a local company. Will continue to use this company for our office supplies.
