I was eating my food and charging my phone and I had a cockroach craw up the wall and then a second one coke from under the table onto my food it was the most disgusting thing ever definitely will never be coming backAnd as a worker at hungry jacks from a different restaurant the food was horrible, customer service and the dining area was filthy

There's not many options when you're vegan and hungover AF at 8 in the morning. This is definitely one of them.There was a critical decision to be made this early. Vegan breakfast muffins or pant based whopper. Looking at the sad looking veggie pattie on the muffin it was pretty clear.I had very little to no expectations for this burger. When I bit into it though it all changed. It was excellent. Excellent for a place like HJs.The mayo, sauce, pickles gave it that distinct HJs taste and the (beyond!?) pattie was nice as usual. I love it when vegan alternatives are almost at parity with their dirty meat counterparts.Punching above your weight. Will be back.

It is very disappointing not to be able to wash my hands. Sanitizing is not necessarily the same as washing hands properly. We lived covid outbreak and it doesn't seem like hygienic to have a restaurant without a washing basin. I know you are going to say there is no enough space for it although I don't think it is complicated to set up a small washing basin.

The staff here are consistently friendly and they make one of the best veggie burgers- no fuss order for someone who is vegetarian as most other chains often get confused with the dairy cheese add on instead of the vegan cheese. Patties are always hot and fries are also very well seasoned and hot. One of the better hungry jacks in the area for sure. They also make a decent coffee so make sure to try it out.

Although our burgers tasted fine, they barely resembled the images on the menu. The grill masters pulled beef & angus burger had a real grilled taste, however even though it is meant to be stacked with premium pulled beef, we were hard pressed to find any in our burger. The Big Jack is a limited edition burger. It is fairly small, but includes a lot of tasty sauce.

The place has the aircon super high which made it uncomfortable for everyone. There was no friendliness with the service and didn’t even provide serviiettes with the meal without asking

I got to meet Jack Cowin, aka hungry Jack. He was very friendly. Please support his wake a wish foundation chairity drive. They are hoping to make $2M for kids with cancer
