If you need ANYTHING related to your Macbook etc fixed…go to the guys at Digital Appeal. This is the second time they’ve come through for me. First for my own MacBook and today for my brother’s Macbook. Swift, communicative service delivery as opposed to another alleged repairer who had the laptop for days and did nothing with it - I took it to Digital Appeal and Max at the front desk fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Less than 5 minutes - no fuss, just absolutely superb service. Thank you, Max for your professionalism and insight. I would do business with these guys again. 5 Stars from me.

WOW 10/10 recommend this business for any apple related products, Took my macbook there that had a damaged charger port, they completed the repair stating it was a quick fix and refused to make a quick buck and completed the repair for FREE! Any business that has this mind set looking after their customers deserves success and will be sure to have my business in the future.

Brand new Phone 13 died after 3 months, know apple fault. Condescending remarks from tech guy before acknowledges it’s a known fault after 1 hour. Get phone back after repair from these guys without $75 screen protector or software update and told should be thankful that didn’t have to pay $550 for repair. Try to question repairs as not sure about wording and what caused issue, again condescending remarks from staff and treated like I am a pleb and how dare I question something. Now that’s some champagne customer service, guess I will be making the trip to Charlestown or Hornsby apple store next time for any further purchase or services.

Brett, Owen & the entire service team at Digital Appeal are the best of the best. I thought there was no saving my vintage apple product but I was pleasantly surprised when they had found a solution to repair it. They took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly and their expert team did all the work to give my vintage product new life. The lady on the front desk is very rude. They verbally quoted me $350 to repair my screen and when I was unsure they dropped it to $330. They wanted to charge me $100 for a paper quote, when I said no, they instantly dropped it to $55. Still I said no! What a joke. Seams like they are just pulling prices out of space!! Obviously $330 to repair a screen wasn’t enough!!

I used to use Digital Appeal because it was close to CCGS, but have since moved to Sydney and still return. Much faster service than the Apple shop and they actually know what they're talking about.I bought a laptop from Apple, Broadway and it had obvious hardware issues within the first week of owning it. I took it back to the geniuses to let them know what was going on, they ran a number of software tests and told me it was fine. Refused to do any hardware tests and sent me home.Digital Appeal were able to locate the issue straight away and sorted everything out with Apple for a replacement. Can't recommend them more highly.
