Friendly, flexible and he does what he says - Rob was an easy guy to work with, he managed to fit me in at short notice, he explained things clearly and his team were great. I have a 70,000 litre pool. I never believe I could have it heated from 18 degrees to 29 within 3 days. The team at KlevaHeat were super quick and reliable. From sales (thanks to Rob) till installation (Thanks to Karen and Phil) didn’t take more than 3-4 days including the order and purchase of the thermal pool cover. The unit works perfectly and conveniently controlled with your mobile phone. Highly recommended.

Rob and his dealer team at KlevaHeat had installed heating at my last home several years ago.We contacted Rob last month to help understand the options to install an electric pool heater at our new home. He sent us options within a couple of hours, and visited our home within a couple of days as promised and provided a quote at very competitive pricing.The heat pump was installed within the week.The service and result has been great as has the follow up customer service. The pool was 15degrees in September and now sits at a comfortable 26 to 28 degrees a month later.

Had a great experience with Rob and his team.He installed a heat pump in November last year quickly and on time, which has proven to be simple to use, quiet in operation and well up to the task of getting the pool to desired temperature (~28 C) and maintaining it.At the time of installing the heat pump we also installed solar (standard size - 6.6 KwH) and the solar is currently producing sufficient power to run the pool pump, heat pump and the rest of the house during the day. Free pool heating!!

Really impressed with our KlevaHeat. It’s been a lifesaver during lockdown to have the kids swimming since the very beginning of spring. Rob was fantastic to deal with. Always responsive, he provided really detailed and thorough answers to my many questions. He was by far the most responsive and helpful of all the companies I inquired through.
