Friendly and competent team. Getting my RWC certificate and they have managed to fix a problem that many car repair centres been unable to fix.

I'm new to the area so when my car broke down on the way to work and my old mechanic was way too far away I rang these guys as they were the closest and highest rated. From the moment I first rang they were exceptional; polite, accommodating and very reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to help me out. Will definitely be using them again :)

The staff here and so friendly!!They take their time explaining everything to you and help you understand if you don't understand cars.They have fair prices and do amazing work on your car.If you are a male or female that don't really understand the works of your car I HIGHLY recommend you going here.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. They have after hours drop off, and called me several times throughout the day to provide updates on work that could be done. Great experience

Car was chocking while driving so I got it checked with these guys and they said the engine is almost dead and it would need a new engine and it will cost around $4000 plus fitting. Unable to repair, lack of money, the car was garaged for almost a month until a family friend who knows bit of mechanic changed the fuel pump and injectors and got it going for only $450. these guys are shady, wouldn't recommend using it!!!

I am writing this review to express my concern over the reckless driving behaviour of a driver from Bentleigh Service Centre. Although I have not personally attended the centre, I was a witness to an incident involving a company van with the registration number ending with ***3NA.On Monday 27th March at 4:29pm on Sandown Road in Springvale, I was in the lane turning left, with a car behind me, and the Bentleigh Service Car Hyundai van behind that car. As there was a long line of cars turning right to cross the bridge over the train tracks, the van driver became impatient and waited less than 15 seconds before blasting his horn. The driver then recklessly swerved out of his lane, cut in front of myself and the other car, and continued to blast his horn, posing a danger to other drivers on the road as he cut both the left lane off and the people turning from the right who would have been waiting for over 2 minutes.This reckless driving behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I am disappointed to read a similar complaint in a review of road rage from 10 months ago, which suggests that Bentleigh Service Centre has not taken any steps to improve their drivers' driving skills or behaviour.I would like to urge Bentleigh Service Centre to take swift action to address this matter since it is a repeat offence. Furthermore, I believe it would be beneficial for the company to investigate the driver behind the van with the registration number ending ***3NA to identify and address the problem at its source. If someone drives a company car then it is still a reflection of your business in the wider community.

Bentleigh Service Centre did a Road Worthy inspection on my Mercedes Benz, and I have to say from the point of making the booking to the point of picking up the car, it was a seamless and exercise with messages sent to me on my iPhone. Darian was very polite and professional and answered all my questions. Thank you guys!!
