Very unaccomodating towards people with disabilities.My mum has dementia and because her usual hairdresser was closed, I brought her here and was served by the lady with the crooked bob cut, I think Tina was her name.Before she started I had explained mum's condition and that we just want a simple shorter cut. No wash or blow wave because she can get agitated. Tina really couldn't care less and had no interest in helping Mum feel more comfortable. She said Mum's moving around was making the haircut take a long time and even asked why she's being so difficult. What kind of idiot would ask a question like that? We waited 45 mins before being served and the haircut wouldn't have taken as long if Tina didn't pause periodically to gossip with her colleagues.Don't come to this store if you want to be treated with care and decency. I hope your parents never get dementia Tina.

Love getting my eyebrows waxed here they take care when waxing and they do a great job.

The staff are absolutely friendly and the prices are reasonable. The ladies are very professional, they take extremely good care of their customers.I would recommend anyone who is looking for reasonable pricing and good hair care, styling, cut, dying or anything to do with hair to come see these ladies!!

The ladies can be snappy but they are friendly people that's just how they talk, a lot of people misunderstand them. They know what they doing.

Worst experience I ever had in a hair salon. Took my 10 year old for a hair cut and told my requirements. The lady(Had a bob cut, didn't get her name.) got offended when I told her this is the length I wanted for the bang. She snapped at me saying, 'I know how to do it! Go and sit'. Then she purposely made my child wait in the chair to colour someone's hair, half way through the hair cut.I was patient until then, but she really did a bad job on my daughter's hair. The hair cut was uneven. I had to ask her to dry the hair after the hair cut. Not sure if she forgot to dry the hair or just left it deliberately.I would never go to this place again nor would recommend for any girls hair cut.

Always professional and nice to all ages young and old. Always try and please the customers as doing as asked. Thank you.Really nice with all children.
