Worst 20minutes of my life!! A lady with shoulder-length brown hair - i presume the manager, was serving us. During this time she called my partner Fat! And complained about another customer to our face for her giving the customer an incorrect size!!! This is so appalling I can't believe this lady. My partner has suffered self confidence because of her.

Helpful staff. We're able to find the gear I needed that my work place will allow me to wear. Nothing was too difficult. King Gee stuff needs to be ordered in so if that's what you are after, head to TW I guess. Would be great if they just had 1 of each size to try on the order from there.

Some retraining for these staff members are in order. It doesn’t take five staff to sort out one problem. Still shaking my head at how toxic this work environment is and glad I don’t work there!Not a good look for this first time customer!
