Absolute nightmare, he booked in a date we were ready and then he doesn’t show, we call the office and after 4 days the cleaner tells us he and family are o/s for 2 weeks, when he does commence the job he did the measurements wrong and the pool was 11cm too high, so his solution was to tell me I will have to have a lip around the pool, we ended up having to raise our landscaping of the whole back yard by 11cm to avoid the trip hazard lip he suggested for his mistake. Then he tries to photograph our pool with our landscaping for his website.Do not use this company
