Doors Plus Castle Hill

Very happy with the end result. The doors look beautiful. Stained and fitted just as i had instructed. The tradesman was wonderful, very professional and knew his work well. I have no hesitation in recommending doors plus.

Purchased a sliding door.Since it has been installed ive had issues.Screen door falling of some parts don’t have screw drilled in. The frame is also coming of the wall. It’s been 1 month contacted them a few time in regards to the issues with nobody dealing with the matter, 7k for a new back door that is not doing the job! They are very helpful and have good communication until they get your money.Door plus messaged and give a date and time for installation, so we took the day of work to have nobody show up. When contacting them the installer messaged the wrong client.So not only do i have a door this isn’t working probably. I also lost a day of work, because of there mistakes.

We went into purchase a door today and were greeted (for want of a better description) by a man named ‘Joe or Jose-Josie’ - we feel he couldn’t be less interested in us or our enquiry. We don’t buy doors everyday- but know a bit about them. He was rude, despondent and condescending. We dismissed ourselves and looked around, found another more personable person to assist, who was a little more helpful, although equally as condescending (you looking for Hamptons… I get shown that picture every day) - we persevered, as we really needed a door… he took us back over to the original guy… still as rude so we dismissed ourselves and bought a door from Crown Doors… funny enough in two seconds they knew exactly what we were after and amazingly enough had the Door!! Doors Plus, No Fuss, No Personality, No Customer Service, No business from us!!

I've used Doors Plus twice now and have had a fairly good experience. The second time though they ordered the wrong doors and this wasn't discovered until them arrived at the house 9 weeks later (originally quoted 6-8 weeks wait). I then had to re-order and wait a further 11 weeks (again quoted 6-8 weeks) for the right ones to come. It seems to have been an honest error on the part of the guy who input the order so I can't complain too much about, and they knocked a bit off the price which was fair. However, the excessive wait time was frustrating. They also sent the wrong hardware (wrong number of privacy / passage sets) which was again frustrating because I called and emailed a couple of times to make sure this was correct. They weren't able to rectify the mistake on the day so I'll just have to live with the wrong hardware. Having said all that, the installer (Andrew) was very, very good. He was quick, tidy, really personable, and did a great job with the doors (all fitting well; no rattle, no swinging). I would only have given three stars to the company but the installer definitely bumps this up to 4. Would probably use Doors Plus again.

I was helped by Georg in Castle Hill branch very helpful and friendly. Even after sale, he helped the carpenter look at the door and advised on how to install. Dolores delivered intact happy with service all in all

Abysmal service. Would leave zero stars if i could.After waiting 3 months for my painted door to arrive from China it came damaged, installer got paint over my new new floor and he left before i realised the front door didn't latch or stay closed. Multiple phone calls to get the lock fixed and wait for a replacement undamaged door - took 4 doors and another 3 months to finally get one that was undamaged, then this installer damaged the inside of my door frame and now 2 months later the door handle/lock has literally just fallen off the door and i can't get anyone from Doorsplus to even answer the phone!!!! Don't use them, they're useless!

We ordered 18 doors, hinges and door handles from George and Mani for our recent renovation of our home.We found their communication excellent and everything was delivered on time.Their advise on products was also helpful. We would highly recommend this store.

Gary the installer for our new front doors was absolutely amazing. Arrived on time, did a wonderful job with the installation and was very informative. Doors Plus you are lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

The Customer Service Team (especially Mitch) were fantastic assisting with an issue with the door furniture. They also responded in a timely manner, were friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you team.

I purchased a pair of fibreglass external doors for my garage. The last pair the builder installed were hollow core and fell apart in the rain. They look great and I have confidence they will last. The installers were thorough and took their time to ensure good fitment. I am thrilled.
