I live in Rockingham and when I asked if there were any other job providers in Rockingham, as they are making me travel up to Kwinana they replied cold and sternly “No!”I don’t have a license and they don’t seem to be really “understanding” like the reviews would make it seem.Not to mention it’s really unprofessional to lie and take advantage of people with a disability or a mental illness.

Everyone needs a Job Network Member when they’re unemployed. That’s a given. But what I wasn’t expecting was friendship and professionalism at the same time. This place is different from other services. There is a sense of family and caring here that you do not often see.

Everyone I have any contact with is very friendly. They have responded to any of my concerns in a timely and professional manner. I have no complants and never have to worry about been treated as if I am just a number ! they are all very helpful.

Deb is my EC and is the ONLY person who has supported me from start to now. I have grown so much and look forward to my appointments with her. Sometimes I just pop in to see her to catch up and see how she's doing.

Tanya was the most caring and supportive person I could have asked for, even after finding my job she supported me through everything and was always there to offer an ear and great advice when I was having troubles in the work place. I could not recommend match works enough and everything they have done for me. I appreciate it so much and just wanted to say thank you.

My previous provider was very, how to say, distant and seemed to just want to tick the boxes and send me on my way. Matchworks on the other hand have been consistently attentive, caring, friendly and make you feel like they care.Keep up the good work guys!

I have had the best experience with match works kwinana my case worker was Deb and she has gorn above and beyond to help me get to were I wanna be. Now I'm going up north for work and couldn't of done it will put her help and support, thank you Deb your one of a kind !
