Useless pharmacy. Tried to get diabetes supplies and was told I could only have one box of needles. I use 5 needles a day so one box lasts 20 days. I checked with NDSS today and was informed there is no limit to boxes I can be supplied. Over the past twelve months I have been told three boxes, then two, now one. Useless pharmacy, will not be going back.

It saddenes me to make a poor review, as I used to enjoy shopping at Wholelife pharmacy. Though my last two interactions with the pharmacist has been terrible, I have been met with inflexibility with my needs, and poor customer service, especially when needing to exchange a product.

Waited 45 minutes for my script. There was five girls behind the counter and one Chemist.The Chemist was all over it I must say. I saw her putting together all the scripts and they sat on the shelf while the girls talked and laughed like kid's.As I had plenty of time to look around I could see the price of everything was much more than other pharmacy's as well.First and last time I'll go there and I live around the corner. I'll drive to the other side of town before returning too this place again.

Since changing their branding, this pharmacy has made consistent mistakes with prescription medications.I have been prescribed the same medication for 12 years, and in that time I've purchased that from half a dozen different pharmacies. In the short time this one has been open, they have managed to screw up my order more times than all of those other pharmacies have in the past 12 years combined. To begin with, they ordered in the wrong medication. Then, they put an entirely different and wrong medication onto my MedAdvisor app. Finally, this month, they managed to order the same previously wrong medication AGAIN. This is despite saying they would put a note on my file and it wouldn't happen again.I'm supposed to take this medication three times per week, and I'm needing to delay taking it by days while they order in the correct medication. They can't advise exactly when I should be receiving my medication, but when I do I will be removing every script I have on file there for my family, and going to literally any other pharmacy in Brisbane.Maybe they should pay less attention to their organic crunchy nonsense and more to actually dispensing the correct medications.

Huge spacious pharmacy & they match any competitive price on products but not on medication! A beautiful aroma is spread throughout the store as aroma therapy dispensers for $79.00 are sold & sweet smelling oils! Also books on the subject! Your mood is instantly improved as you enter the store! Friendly staff are helpfull.

Excellent store and advice from Sam, their in-house Naturopath. I was able to get advice from their Pharmacist and Naturopath on the same visit. They know their products and very friendly to help. They won’t sell you something that you don’t need or could aggregate your health symptoms.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy (in its various iterations) since the Newmarket shopping centre opened (15+ years ago) and I’ve always appreciated the expertise and service of all of the staff, but especially so in recent times.I am very grateful to them for having remained open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, putting themselves at risk to continue to serve the public, especially in the pre-vaccination days.Whenever I’ve had to fill prescriptions, this has always been done very promptly, but I especially appreciate the comprehensive advice pertinent to taking the medication, that is given by the dispensary staff. The expert knowledge of the pharmacists and all of the other staff is very reassuring, and when receiving that advice I have never felt patronised. Pharmacists Rebecca and Phillip are outstanding in this regard, as is Brooke, who also knows where every last product is located in the store and who somehow always has a smile on her face.I cannot speak authoritatively about the competitiveness of the pharmacy in terms of pricing overall, but even if I could save some money by shopping elsewhere, trust and good service are always worth paying a little extra for - besides, any potential savings I might be able to make elsewhere would probably be offset by the extra I would pay in petrol.

This chemist is very convenient to go to, next to Coles and many restaurants, even a cinema!After their renovation, I fell in love! So many health food available at reasonable prices. There are plenty of vitamins and supplements available. The staff and pharmacist are pleasant and helpful. There’s a lot of parking on ground level as well as undercover parking.

AVOID . had to get a asthma puffer yesterday. Puffers can be prescribed or given over the counter. wouldn't let me get one as I wasn't one of their members - even though I've been there on so many occasions... Had to get proof "of using one so i had to go back to my car which was already becoming an inconvenience as it was raining and i was short on time. Before heading to my car I asked them why exactly you need proof of gaining a puffer and the girl said nothing. Its ridiculous as other chemists are unknown to decline asthma puffers to people. I handed the puffer to another lady and asked the same question and she thinks its because of covid. but it didn't help answer my question as ive purchased puffers in the past during covid no question asked.ANYWAY- got the puffer after 45 minds of the girls giggling and not paying attention.ridiculous. god help someone that doesn't have an old puffer and is on the verge of an asthma attack ."
