This company is a joke. They continuously miss pick up days resulting in overflowing trash for weeks. This has been my experience in both commercial and private properties. WasteWise is a MUCH better company to deal with.

Only reason I am giving 1 start is because of your team member Andrew. Please ask him to be more polite to customers and let customer finish their feedback. We pay for a service so don't make us feel like you are doing a favour on us.Spoke to other team members in past but never had this sorta customer service experience at all.

very poor back office support. never answers the phone. keeps sending incorrect invoices and takes forever to receive a reply from them.
