The team at Growth are phenomenal. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and ridiculously talented. Between Av and Shane I have been seeing them now for over a decade! From simple wash and blow dry, to cutting and styling, natural to extreme colours and fixing bad box dye attempts. They have done it all for me and I always left feeling fab! The new salon also has such a charm and warmth to it that you feel at home.

Avril is a wonder! She's so talented and professional, and she knows what's best for your hair (even when you don't). The services are well-priced and I always leave feeling wonderful. So happy to see Growth expanding with more stylists!

This newly-opened salon at Mawson shops is absolutely stunning. The space is warm and inviting, with gorgeous decor and plenty of lush greenery. I've been going to Growth since Av and Shane first started out in business together. Shane has been cutting my hair for 14 years and he is a top bloke and really good at what he does. Shane is also a fully qualified hair dresser and this experience gives him a professional advantage over the average barber. Av and Shane are always booked and this is a testament to their dedication, hard work and love for what they do.
