We were defiantly not impressed with the customer service or lack of it , the man was really not wanting to be helpful or even polite and the women was not much better , the shop was typical BCF .

I spend $400 in Bcf in Whyalla. The $17 cooler was small for my stuff. Next day when I desided to return it I have bumped to the unpleasant manager of the store. This woman was totally unprofessional. She brought me a difficult time. The cooler was still with the tag. I am US Citizen and have been traveling around the world. I haven't seen this unprofessionalism. Australia must be a civilised Country. It's a Shame. I wouldn't ever shop in this store again. Chack your workers and bring pleasant and professional ones. That unpleasant womans is Sandy
