Logan's Beautiful Blooms

This place is a scam. I went in there on the 12/1/23 to organise my wedding flower's. Paid a deposit was told I'll get an invoice and still to this day I've had no contact about an invoice. My partner rang her a few times and was always told I'll be back at the shop next week. 8wks after January and still not there. If I could give -0 star rating I would. Luckily I have now found a honest florist .

I came in the day before my wedding ready to buy flowers to make my own Bouquet up but I ended up leaving with the most gorgeous bouquet.Honesty it was the pretty thing I’ve ever seen and it made my wedding perfect! It’s nearly been a week and my flowers are still beautiful!Highly recommended, friendly and warm service!Very much appreciate and thank you again, you make my day.

Ordered online, the delivery date was missed and when I rang the day after I was told they were going to call me because they ran out of flowers, but they didn't.

I called a few days before Valentine’s Day and asked to have 2 bouquets of flowers in vases and a teddy bear sent to my wife that was visiting her grandmother in Australia. I called from Canada. The flowers were delivered without vases and no teddy bear. I paid for these items and never received them. When I called the store after I found out, they said they forgot and could send them out but it was too late for that. The point of the vases was so they didn’t have to do any work to transfer the flowers themselves but they had already done it by the time I found out. So I declined the vases and teddy bear. I asked to be refunded and for some reason they couldn’t do it while I was on the phone with them. They said they would call me right back but made no attempt to get ahold of me. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I called from another country. I will remove this review when they refund me the money back on my credit card for the items we never received. I don’t have the time or patience to deal with businesses like that. I am a business owner myself that is why this is so disappointing to see.

Fantastic service went out of their way to get a preferred brand of Chocolate to accompany a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. These were a fantastic way to welcome a new addition to our family. Can't thankyou enough for the extra attention to detail and such a great presentation of flowers.

I called from Victoria to have flowers delivered to a family member who lives close to Logan’s Beautiful Blooms. I can’t recommend this florist enough and Belize was the lady who looked after me and delivered my order . Fantastic customer service and the bouquet was fabulous. Highly recommend!!

Unforunately I've had a very dissapointing experiance. In February I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a staff member and when they sent me a photo of what was delivered it was not at all up to the quality I was expecting. I emailed the florisist and provided pictures and they agreed and offered a 50% refund on my order (which I have in writing). It is now 4 months later and I've had to call Belize at least 5 times requesting this refund. I've provided the credit card details twice for this to happen and received many promises that the refund would happen immediately and still nothing. This has not only wasted my time and my bosses time having to constantly check his statement for the refund but it's without doubt the worst service and experiance I've received from a business. So dissapointing and unprofessional.

The first time I came across this lovely florist was on Mother’s Day. The arrangement was beautifully created with love and high quality flowers which my mum approved! Couldn’t resist but go back again. The photos below is of a personalised arrangement made today for a last minute eid gift. My friend absolutely adored her flowers. Thank you so much beautiful Belize for your stunning work. You always go above and beyond. Highly recommended her for any occasion.
