Possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to in a long while. Atmosphere inside is dreadful, seem very understaffed and cafe items still frozen in packets. Drive through seems popular, perhaps that's their focus.

absolutely shocking. do not go here you’ll be there for 30 minutes waiting on a coffee. waited in the waiting bay, and finally got the coffee (cold). staff stroll around the kitchen with no sense of urgency. if i could give it a zero i would. keep driving and go to hungry jacks. the burgers are indeed better at hungry jacks.

Ordered Spicy deluxe burger with extra patty easy order but nah, it was to hard for them to check the order properly gave me the burger. When i went home checked the burger it was one patty in there, called literally 12 times when they picked up asked me to come back and get another patty, apparently they can’t make the whole burger again unless i give them old burger back. I went back and the manager was rude, didn’t know how to talk to customer no apology nothing. Manager should get training again. This is the second time it happened last time one whole burger was missing.

Has to be the worst McDonalds in Adelaide for forgetting to make the order correctly, 1 in 2 visit results in messed up order. Every time they mess up mighty muffin, it has 2 Pieces of bacon not 1/2 a piece. Learn to make your items correctly!!

Everything inside was clean and tidy, self serve screens were wiped over just before I used them, I ordered a quarter pounder meal with a cheeseburger and nuggets. Everything is well put together and hot, chips were full and not oo salty, nuggets were crispy, burgers weren't falling apart or messily made. Overall very happy with my experience here one of the better McDonald's I've been to.

Ordered a couple of hot cross buns for my mum and I. They arrived, uncut, with no knives, no butter. So, I took them back to the counter and the manager just appeared confused. I also couldn't put my rubbish in the bins, as they clearly hadn't been emptied since the previous day and were all over flowing.I thought McDonalds had standards.

Come here if you want to see fast food workers look like they’re conducting brain surgery.Rocked up, self-serve machines weren’t working. Walked to the counter to order instead, stood there for a good 5 minutes whilst staff ignored me, eventually one of them acknowledged my existence and took my order. Order came, forgot my drink, I let them know I still needed my drink, they argued with me briefly that I didn’t order a drink until I pointed to the drink on the receipt to which they stormed off to grab it. Got to the car to notice they had got my burger wrong, went back in to tell them my order was still wrong, they couldn’t even leave the incorrect item in the bag as courtesy for messing me around so much. Manager must cover the cost of ingredients at this Maccas!

A new Macca’s experience, industrial, Scandinavian inspired design. A modern clean aesthetic, quite clinical but floor to ceiling windows provide lots of natural light. Same menu but in recent times I’ve noted some menu items to be priced to the point I’d dine elsewhere for similar pricing. A good pitstop.

I ordered a chocolate frappe and instead was handed a coffee frappe. When I handed it back and said it was wrong the employee look at me like I was stupid and said 'is it'. I wouldn't have minded at this stage if I was just handed my drink with no complications, but my drink I received was partially filled and the employee who handed it to me made it seem like the whole ordeal was my fault. Normally at a hospitality place when an order is wrong, they try to seem at least a little sorry, but this was the complete opposite. And the best part of it all was that I could taste coffee in my frappe anyway. Worst fast food experience ever!
