Absolutely fantastic. Great team, super friendly and helpful and they know their stuff.I had an issue with my camping fridge and they were able to work out what was going on and sorted it for me. 100% recommend them.

Our fridge in our van was not cycling off and Flick took care if it and sorted the problem. Darcy and Tyrone were both very helpful, easy to chat to and switched on to the problem. I recommend them highly.

Had trouble with our 3 way fridge while staying in Knx. Lindsay looked after us exceptionally well. We took fridge to them to look at. Lindsay brought it back and reistalled it in the van.Highly recommend this company!What Lindsay cant do isnt worth doing!!!

We can't possibly say enough about this company. We were dealing with Lindsay and first contacted him while in Katherine. We had lost our hatch over our bed so basically had a great hole in the roof, which was ok for now but when we needed to go down south to go home would cause many problems. We could not get a part sent in we had already tried that in Darwin but Lindsay thought he could repair the damage enough to stop rain coming in. Firstly Lindsay was receptive to our problems and made every effort to help us out. We made arrangements to take the van into him when we arrived in Kununurra and when we did he worked on it straight away and we were only there for an hour or so and then we were driving back to our park knowing we have a sealed area to protect against rain. Every one who worked here was friendly and went out of their way to help. I think I thanked Lindsay about 6 times but I could not find enough words to say how much we appreciated his help. Once again if you are reading this, thank you so much. anyone looking for repairs to their van in their travels we would recommend this company 200%.

Unbelievable service! We came off the Gibb with Fridge/Freezer not working. From our first call with Kim she put us at ease and not only did Tyrone and Lindsay fix our fridge and freezer they handled all our warranty with the supplier. Fantastic service, highly recommend. Thanks guys

Highly recommend this business, Tyran prompt and fixed our refrigerator and gas supply issues. He and Lindsay then carried out repairs to caravan suspension after i discovered broken bolt, they are terrific and should be commended for their willingness to help out to get us going again cheers to them both Kim Gardner.

Don't usually write reviews but felt this time it was appropriate. The service received from the staff at Flick Airconditioning was above and beyond. Caravan fridge stopped working over a weekend. Was still under warranty and the Thetford agents were Flick. Contacted them first thing on the following Monday hoping for help and they said to get to their place as soon as I could. Was there in two hours. The boys descended onto the fridge immediately and the problem very quickly identified - loss of refrigerant that needed Thetford's approval for either repair or replacement. Removed fridge and to keep us on the road, they lent us a loan fridge which enabled us to continue on our travels in the short term with a bit of an itinerary change. Thetford wanted to replace the fridge so at the mercy of delivery which took around 8 working days. No problem with having the loan fridge until the new one arrived. The moment it arrived, was contacted to get there as soon as I was able. Got their as quick as I could and the new fridge installed immediately while I waited. Handed back the loaner and back on my way. Kym always cheerful and helpful. Cannot recommend too highly. Would feel extremely comfortable with them working on my stuff.
