Scoured the Nation for some dance shoes I have been buying for years (which I found out are now discontinued). Rang Dance Desire to find out if they had any stock left. The lady who answered the phone was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I ordered and received them in two business days. Thought it would take longer as they had to travel between states. Very efficient for both Australia Post and Dance Desire!!

Great website with so many of my ballet needs! I placed two orders, they refunded me for the extra shipping cost and communicated with me over an item that had to be swapped for a different colour. Excellent customer service, couldn't be happier with my package. Really fast shipping too, especially given the current COVID-19 climate. Will be ordering again for sure!

Excellent customer service. I ordered shoes to be shipped to Canada, but as there were delays due to COVID-19, I was notified that the extra shipping costs would be refunded once I receive my shoes. They have been keeping me updated as much as possible which has been greatly appreciated.

Great product range and sizes! Finally found some little sizes for my tiny little dancer. Quick processing and delivery too. However, the add to cart feature was buggy when I was shopping on their site. I would add one item but when I viewed my cart it had added 2 or 3 of the same item even though I only clicked add to cart once. This happened every time I added a new product. And the postage is over priced. Cheapest option was $17 for a 500g express bag; which is too much! It actually doesn’t tell you it’s express on the site when checking out, it just says “uninsured delivery”. It’s only $10.85 for those express satchels direct from the post office for the general public, businesses get discounted rates, which means I essentially paid $7 or more for handling. And no tracking number was provided when I was sent the dispatch notice. I also expected a copy of my order in the parcel to check I received everything. I had to pull the order up on my phone to double check. Overall just a bit underwhelmed with the shopping experience but the products and sizes we received were great!
