I felt grateful to have a real heart to heart connection from Gino today. People don't need to share of themselves. And Gino not only gave of himself, he also expressed care for me. This goes beyond customer care/business. It is something we all need to live healthy and happy lives.

Did you know you can wash your dog here? Washed our dog here and it is pretty neat. $10 minimum but that is plenty for a medium dog. The staff were great and even gave our dog a treat. Quite a neat way of washing. They had other pet stuff too but I didn’t hang around.

I love this store! They have a great range of pet food, toys, accessories and services. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always greet me and my dog with a smile and a treat. The store is clean, well-organised and easy to navigate. They also have a grooming salon, a vet clinic and a dog wash station. I highly recommend Petbarn Katoomba for all your pet needs!
