Every time I go to this KFC, their slushie machine is broken, and to make things worse, they are 2 WHOLE DOLLARS! Unacceptable. For my grandson's birthday, we came here to get his favourite thing, chicken wings, and there was NO chicken!This KFC is truly the worst experience I have ever had.

Absolutely useless. Waiting over 10 minutes..all staff looking at us while they only serve drive thru.I asked the manager to get someone to serve us, she told some Joker called Isaac to serve. He just disappeared to the back somewhere.5 mins later I yelled out for someone to serve us.. finally a girl came out of the back to start serving the line.Never again.. poor management.25 mins and still waiting for a twister

They put no salt on the chips at all. I swear it must be a thing they were taught. Its either I come back inside to ask for salt again, or just not enjoy my meal. It was my daughters birthday.

The instore staff were unprofessional, inattentive and slow to serve the many customers. The kitchen was unkempt and could be kept cleaner and tidier for hygiene and health purposes.

Walk about 10 mins from car park. This rocks look out is very small and It is all natural, becareful don't slippy over to the river or rocks .

They always leave out items when I order. I even used a credit of $25 I received from a complaint toward an order for myself and my 2 teens and they forgot items for that order as well. Doesn't get any better. Poor service, I don't think they listen when you order they just assume what you're ordering without fully listening and also a welcome greeting and a smile has never hurt anyone either.

If I could leave 0 I would. Starting from the drive through it was clear the person working didn't want to be there, second register didn't say a word just shoved the food out the window. Getting home our small chips look like it was one bag split between two. The burger has lettuce on it that was brown and clearly has been sitting there all day. Serve the food you would serve to yourself not rubbish.

I ordered a family feast and requested for no thighs (why buy something were not going to eat) so they gave me 7 drumsticks instead, they didn't even give me a mixture of chicken. Everytime we go here there is always a mishap, either they forget our nuggets or don't fill up the chips properly. Once I've waited over 20mins for my order. The service is very poor.
