My insurance company sent me to this place to repair my car, the repairs are very good also they did a very good job for my JEEP grand cherokee. So professional.Also the front counter staff are very friendly.Best repair in sydney.

Should of known not to go there. My first experience was 2 hours on hold and no response, I did let them know but my impression they are aware of the issues with the phone line but don't really care. Then after getting the car fixed at lease $50 of $2 coins went missing, again after making them aware of the missing money they advised the would check their cameras as no one was meant to go into the car as repairs were on the outside, waited a week and no response , so I went there and they said they couldn't resolve it...Give me my money, you thieves.

Very happy with the repair work and quick turn around faster than anticipated with polite and courteous staff and kept me informed all the way through the process.

I would like to highlight few points so that they can improve. Firstly, the customer service is bad, most of my conversations the staff are very rude. I have raised to claims and they only repaired for one claim. Everything needs to be on the paper. If that is the case why can’t they let me know before hand.I convinced the staff about the second claim. Had to go there twice. I still had some minor dents that were not repaired.I booked a taxi from this place and the taxi driver said that the staff were rude to him. He also said many customers are unhappy and complained about the staffI had an unhappy customer experience.

Could not recommend any more! Amazing workmanship! Khoda, so professional made sure my Hilux was immaculate, he went above and beyond. Highly recommended to get your car repaired. Process was so easy with regular updates on my vehicle. Excellent customer care and provided me with a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. Great honest company, don’t hesitate to get your car repaired at SCRG Campsie.

My friend had her doors replaced and the quality of the paint work looked really good especially considering it's a pearl white. The colour match was great and no noticeable imperfections. I'm very picky so I don't give a good review lightly.The only let down is they seem to have not put back on a missing trim piece.

Worst service locally.We had our car here for 4 weeks and they NEVER contacted us or the insurance company.I tried calling you many times (minimum 20 minute hold and several occasions when I'm first in the queue it just disconnected me) and I only got through once just for an update where a lady told me she doesn't even know if my car is there or not even after providing all the details. She then told me she would ask other staff and promise to call me back the same day which she didn't.Even my insurance company struggled to contact these guys, after 4 weeks they informed me that haven't even started because they're too busy.Had to move my car to a different smash repair where they fixed it in less than a week.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really have to do it as I haven’t got any positive feedback and results are just a failure. I don’t recommend it at all.Worst service ever, very rude staff and they don’t even know how to do their job.They said is not possible having 2 overlapping claims and then they mixed them up, but even worst they fixed the car for a claim still opened, which I’m not at fault for, as the Insurance clarified, making me pay the excess otherwise I couldn’t get the car back… even though this point has been already discussed previously and I had to explain several times that the company insurance determined I wasn’t at fault and I shouldn’t have to pay!!! I had to reschedule the appointment as they seemed to don’t understand!!!! I’ve lost time, money and energy talking to unprofessional and rude people.Service was very poor. Communication and professionalism terrible!

As concerned shareholders of IAG and gold membership of NRMA I urge all repairs customers to be aware that SCRG is a very poor repairer and a front for below standards work and there assessor’s are extremely rude and confrontational once challenged about there poor quality repairs. Time for repairs are long and parts that’s needs replacement are repaired and below standard. Hope this report find a good place to NRMA customers to beware and take action.

We had to leave our two week old RAV4 with SCRG campsie on Monday.Greeted by Prakash at the front desk who was very efficient and assuring. We were told it would take till Thursday for the works to be done and he would keep us informed. From the moment we left our car there, we were informed of the stages it was going through.We picked our car up one day early and Prakash was there to take us through what was done and the warranties and what not.The car was washed and clean after the works was done. The whole experience was pleasant.Friendly staffs and prompt excellent service.
