I dropped in to see Alex 5th December 2018 to see about jewellery repairs as my Eternity ring had a broken claw and Emerald fallen out! And another ring to be re sized.. Alex said no worries I can do that come back before Christmas they be ready. I was told around Townsville by 3 jewellers we cannot repair them as not purchased by our store! I was unable before Christmas to pick up my jewellery, But today I have Alex has done an amazing job repairing my Eternity ring and re sizing another ring. Thankyou so very much I will be recommending your great service very HAPPY customer thanks again.From Kim

Beware of Italian Alex. I dropped of jewelry at his home/Shop where he told me he would store it in his safe. My husband became critically ill. 7 weeks later I wentb to pick it up. I was told it had been melted and in return I got a gold Rod. This was jewelry from Europe 18ct some from great grand parents antiques dating back to 1900. When i complained I was swiftly told that anything in his property was his. I was not contacted by him to find out why the items were not collected or if I wanted to have them melted down. He was rude dismissive and abusive. When I dared complain. Heart broken my family antiques are now gone
