Got a tow from an absolute Gent today (didn't grab his name unfortunately)Towed my Fiesta 15km on the M4 to Penrith during peak for only $100.Great service great price. Highly recommend for when you're in a pickle!

Yesterday my daughter was in an accident at no fault of her own she was hit from behind and pushed into another car and had to have her car towed, She was so upset about her 1st car being so damaged (ride off) and Mia from dickies was so good with her and did such an amazing job talking to her and explaining everything and even making her laugh in such a terrible situation. I highly recommend Mia. I don’t do reviews normally but I believe her bosses need to know they have a great staff member who went above and beyond and treated my daughter so well in her first accident. I honestly can’t thank Mia enough. Your amazing!!

Made 3 phone calls, 3 conversations and he said he'd ring me back with a quote. 2 More messages, NO RETURN CALL NO QUOTE! Bad customer service. Deffinately won't use this time.

In all honesty, after my car had a mishap. within minutes or calling, a lovely Lady Narelle answered the phone with the utmost professionalism and assured me of the availabilities for towing and what options were available to me. As promised they arrived to the car on time, the two gentlemen from the truck were really friendly and took great care of my car. I am very grateful for the service they have provided and the price is really affordable! - They take great pride in their work and it really shows - thank you again,10/10! keep up the amazing work guys!! :) - One of the best towing service Sydney has to offer!

Had Dickies booked in by my insurance company to have my car towed to a repairer on a Friday, which they never showed up for. Rang them Friday afternoon and was told it was booked in for the following Monday to be picked up. Waited all day Monday, at home for them to come and take away the car, and they never showed up. Again. Rang them again that afternoon and was told someone will come around at 8:00am Tuesday to pick up the car.I asked the lady over the phone if she could leave an instruction in the towing notice to notify the driver that the key was left in the letter box as I wouldn’t be home. Tow truck showed up at midday, 4 hours late. Then, the instructions were not given to the driver or the driver didn’t not read them, as he still went and knocked on the front door asking for the key.Would look else where if you’re looking for a towing company. Very unreliable, poor at communicating and time management.

I called Matt at Dickies (after calling 5 other companies who just said no) to collect a forklift from a location and some freight. Matt explained the need for our vehicle, booked us in and our package was delivered today. We are very happy with their service.

Fantastic weekend rates considering the tow was from Penrith to the eastern suburbs. Extremely friendly and reliable service, would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for all your help!
