A beautiful aroma filled this small restaurant as we walked in - we knew we came to the right place - also confirmed by so many takeaway orders contonuously. The servings were generous enough and the taste was better than some we've had in Sydney (more tamarind sauce would have been preferred). And of course, the friendly, bubbly lady Sasti, behind the counter taking orders on the phone and serving us made our dinner the more enjoyable.

We stopped over at Ban Thai for dinner during our road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. Absolutely loved the food! Fresh, authentic, good serve size, quick and served with a smile!! Very much comparable to good Thai we get in Major cities.

Food is delicious, good service but the soft shell crabs I had on Tuesday 25th of April was too salty, very disappointed. The sticky rice with custard was too sweet. Hope that just for one occasion.

We had the red duck curry and pork belly stir fried with Chinese broccoli tonight. The portions were huge and we had leftovers. The curry was mild but flavourful with a good mix of vegetables in it. The pork belly at some other places can sometimes be too spicy but not here.This meal was only around $40 so also very affordable - we always come here when in Goulburn and you should too!

Very prompt service. Got the vegan options. Entre was deep fried vegies, satay tofu. Almost sneaking themselves. For mains the yellow curry vegetable. And the pad Thai dams egg. Great feed. Bursting

The best Thai in Goulburn yet (that i've tried).Very tasty and good portions of meat and vegetable. Very satisfying and kept me full throughout the day. Very hospitable staff and great ambience as well. Definitely recommend and will come back to try more of their menu.

We were visiting Goulburn and found this restaurant. Chose it from reviews. All the Thai restaurants in the local area had similar ratings, but chose this one, because the most people had rated it.It did not disappoint.This place is bustling and no wonder.Penang chicken curry and barbecue beef- yum!Generous serves and so tasty. Thanks, chef xLarge space ,thank goodness, as we had no booking but they found us a table.Lovely staff.Takeaway bags flew out through the kitchen hatch at a rate of knots.On leaving, saw people waiting outside for a table. Good timing, great food♥️.

Grabbed take away, so good and food was really hot. Amazing value I didn't expect so much! Highly recommended. Will be back. Lovely team. Appreciate the later trading too.

best food and service, so i travel from melbourne to sydney and heading in this restaurant, and i order crispy chicken and seafood tomyum (i order by google review) and both of them so delicious ,love it ❤️

Seriously tasty Thai food in Goulburn! The rice noodle dish was outstanding and perfectly cooked. It's delicious and spicy. We also ordered the mixed seafood plate and was mostly impressed. The fish was juicy and the squid was superb. However the octopus was rubbery and inedible. A great shame.The service was fast and the staff were friendly.Definitely worth taking a detour to when going to or from Canberra.
