The customer service at R & J Batteries Cairns was excellent. The team helped me out four months ago with my French model car battery, nothing was too hard to do as it was the first time a battery like mine came into the shop. I didn't realise that R&J Batteries run a National connected network.I ordered a new battery online on Friday 17 SEP taking advantage of the competitive price and free freight. I expected about 14 to 20 days delivery.You could have knocked me down with a feather when an R&J ute pulled up at 5:00pm on Saturday 18 SEP to deliver my battery.I was and am seriously impressed, will definitely buy from them again

Cheaper than other usual shops when I needed to buy a new battery a couple of months ago. Which is going very well so far.Staff was friendly.Thanks to the guy who told me to take the longest road from Cairns to Uluru (instead of go down to Townsville) I really enjoyed it!!Cheers

I have been to at least four different battery shops in Cairns (with many questions). I would have to say not only do they have the best selection of batteries and related accessories, but their customer service is just as good. And now I work for them.

Matt from RJ Batteries is a legend. I woke up to a dead cell in my car battery on a Sunday morning and Matt happily opened up the shop to get me back on the road. Great, service which is hard to find these days.Thanks again Matt

Today my car battery failed to start, for the 3rd time in a matter of weeks. So after a jump start I took it straight to R and J and they were able to instantly test the battery. Determining that it was faulty, they swapped it straight away (under warranty) and I was on the road again within 10 minutes. Thanks so much for the quick and friendly service.

We had trouble with our caravan batteries while in Cairns.These guys were so helpful, tested everything found an issue, so called an auto electrician for us. Also got a good price on our new batteries. Found all staff had excellent customer service. We will recommend them to anyone coming to Cairns.
