Called to organise a quote for a carport. Totally reluctant to sent someone to quote, provide advice & show products. Instead asking a number of questions and providing ‘ignorant’ quote based on phone responses from potential client. Their loss. Very dissatisfied.

Everyone I dealt with at Patio World Rockhampton were very helpful and courteous. The whole process went very smoothly and the installation was completed well ahead of the planned installation date. I was kept in the loop and consulted during every stage of the process, and the completed project was to my expectations. Thanks to all the staff at Rockhampton Patio World for a job well done.

Talked me out of even having them come and look to do a quote. Assumed it would be out of my budget. Found them to be condescending and rude. Wont be dealing with them
