My husband is dealing with incurable cancer and took a monitor down to be repaired . The service provided was absolutely first class , the technician extremely fair and and very helpful . My husband advised me he had previously submitted repair work to the technician some years before at a different address and had lost his details and was thrilled to find the business still operating albeit at a new location . The way in which he was treated was very kind and made us feel quite blessed that there are genuine people still in the world . Thank you so much for your help and support. Its greatly appreciated. The guys here went above and beyond to sort out our industrial oven touch screen. They allowed us to drop it off after hours and had it fixed and working as it should the next day at 30% of the replacement cost of buying through the Oven company however the Oven company was out of stock.I spoke with countless company's and was so glad to finally get a solution. We were in a world of hurt until these guys got us sorted out almost immediately.Thankyou so so very much!

I recently visited Monitech and found the staff to be very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The tech did an amazing job on repairing my CRT monitor. Being an older CRT I could find nowhere else to take it for repairs. But after the tech had a chance to have a look, and deciding this one was repairable, I gave him the go ahead. The repair was done, I picked the monitor up and it was perfect, exactly what I had requested. I was happy with the pricing. Good for retro gamers to take their retro displays too also. Highly recommended.

Have not used their service yet, but I requested a quote to replace the panel of an ASUS monitor. They got back to me saying it would not be economical to repair the panel as part and labour would cost near-new. Honest straight out the gate. No hesitation in getting another true quote from them in futureThe cost of new panel plus labour will cost you almost the price of new one

Monitech was great, sorted my touch screen cnc controller out better than new after the old one failed and saved a fair chunk of coin from the OEM, would highly recommend to the trade for machines with touch screens or displays ...10 / 10 , good on you latif...!

my water controller was not working and was advised to replace the unit by the company who service and supply.When i approached Latif from monitech, Keyborough, he gave the right advice and the system is back working. He assured me that the controller was not faulty.It was floatGreat work.
