As a Mermaid Beach resident my entire life, this post offices exterior has always been a delight for me.Unfortunately, insides environment is nothing like the architecture & is nothing sort of disgraceful.I have found myself on more than one occasion saddened and upset but the disgustingly cruel and hostile nature of the old man.How anyone can tolerate his nature is beyond me.I’m not sure what’s so wrong with his life to make him so miserable. But if you feel like having a non confrontational day, I highly recommend you visit another Post Office

Plenty of parking nearby, no long queues ! Friendly and efficient couple, always trying to find me the cheapest way to send parcels, brilliant !

The worst service possible! The people that work here are dishonest and have zero customer service skills.They gave my parcel to the wrong person and have taken zero responsibility for their actions and Australia Post supposedly can’t do anything about it.I’ve spent hours of my own time trying to rectify the issue and have got nothing from it, I will never use this post office again.Word of mouth is the worst review a business can get...

A really friendly and helpful young couple run the Post Office.I always try and save my parcel drop offs until I can get to this store because it’s quick, easy and friendly.

Don't bother coming doing business here, under new management Asian couple, I purchased a registered post envelopes from oasis post office and dropped it to mermaid Beach post office to lodge but they would not accept it, returned to to oasis broadbeach and lodged and registered there without any issues, these people are clueless with customer service and will not survive here. I hope they read reviews and I also hope aust post read these reviews. 100 terrible
