Amazing customer service. Very helpful!! We did all our dealings over email, and there was never any confusion.Henry sent through many versions till we were 100% happy with the design. Kept us informed, even sent us an example stubby holder (all via email) , we recieved notification email of completion and tracking.Excellent stitch work and they are made with good quality hessian.The glue does smell rather strong, so we would suggest unpacking them from the plastic bags and let them get some fresh air for a day or two before you use them.They were exactly what we were after !!We cannot wait to hand these to our wedding guests!
