Very clean well maintained gym equipment nice big open spaces for work outs .very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff and really great management from lara.all around a Great environment to maintain a healthy lifestyle would definitely recommend.

Is a very poor gym, equipment is frequently broken with machines taking longer than 6 months to be fixed, very overpriced for how much equipment is available. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I have recently ceased membership with this gym. There is a high staff turnover and often it is left unattended due to staff being redirected to the larger gyms in Mullum or Bruns.Although I was assured classes would be starting back up, after months they still have not made any changes.It is quite expensive and they required a month's notice (approx $100) to cancel.
