Normally I'd say Big w is the best place, but it's a busy Saturday afternoon & you have 2 register operators on with line thats going back up into the lollies section, majorty of the time you go to find something and they don't have it either due to minimal stock or don't get it at all, the staff are very polite and most of them are eager to help there customers which is why this isn't a 1 star review, but then It gets better the toilet facilities for there shoppers have been closed since covid, and when you do want to find something majorty of the time it's in the catalogue but never in store. So this is a perfect example of why it's hard to shop local and keep business in town...

Havernt been to Big W Parkes for a long while! Today I was very disappointed! Alot of stock wasn't priced. No change rooms. No public toilets! No aircon! Not a pleasant shopping experience!

Overpriced, barely stocked and little to no staff at registers. Especially no staff who care enough about their job, multiple times we have waited in long lines at the one register open while workers walk around aimlessly. I wouldn't let any of these fair price reviews fool you, $50 for a thin cardigan that'll fall apart after one wash? So not worth it and yet its the norm here.

Very racist staff. They will make you leave your bag in the trolley because you are asian but not the other people going in because they are white. Will never go back here. RACIST!
