This is the worst kitchen supplier. Very poor in communication. Arrogant customer service. The only best thing here is the sales peiple who will later on trap you after giving 10% deposit. If you want stress,go for this. This is freedom kitchen sydney. I gueas they use different brand name. So be careful. Your dream kitchen might end up your life.

Disgusting to deal with. My oven and pantry door won’t up together as they can’t, they hit each other. I went through freedom kitchens as well. Paid $15,000 or more for this kitchen. I have complained about the problem within the warranty period and now outside the warranty period. There excuse is the installer is different to freedom kitchens. Well no, I paid for a kitchen plus installation. So the installer is there problem and not mine. Im taking this to fair trading now, as I have had enough.

Cabinets that were not delivered, tradesmen trying to charge $500 an hour, install never finished, rendering not finished, rubbish left behind, electrical work not finished, dreadful customer service they don’t care and aren’t trying to make it right. NEVER USE THEM. This is the umbrella group of freedom and good guys NEVER USE THEM

I am a licensed joiner .did work for this company as a contractor for less than a year .nearly all the clients I met was unhappy with them .terrible communication system , poor management leads mistakes after mistakes in clients projects.Unbelievable for me ,after 22 years experience in this field (mostly in kitchen renovation) see a company with mostly unhappy clients but still continues to successfully put many new clients in the trap every day , (because of massive advertising power).Think again and research more in the web to find out truth about them ,before being another victim of them.

Same experience as these other reviews - need to get replacement hinges for cabinet doors under warranty (FREEDOM Kitchen) - they don't return phone calls, don't follow up, don't answer emails, atrocious customer service (if you can even call it that) - basically, THEY DONT CARE and they are useless .... I will NEVER deal with this company or any company that uses them ever again - BEWARE. DO NOT USE"

Horrendous service. Constant incorrect supply of items or non delivery. They don't return phone calls until you threaten ombudsman intervention. Our kitchen is a month overdue on install because of their complete incompetence and inefficiency.

Same experience as the rest of the reviewers on here. This is the supplier for Kinsman Kitchens and they were terrible to deal with. I believe they use different names so that you don't find out its 'the Kitchen Group' until well after you have given them your money. Extremely unprofessional outfit.

If I could leave a 0 star. I would.By far, without a doubt, the worst customer experience and experience as a customer. I implore you, stay as far away from these people as you possibly can. It is JUST NOT WORTH IT.
