One of the most beautiful studios I’ve ever practice in, and my regular yoga home every time I’m in Melbourne or Sydney. The unique hum they play in class instead of music is definitely one of the main draws for me, not to mention a beautiful set up of both reception and studio space.The classes consist of 3 main types, which is beautifully grounding and energizing for most of those I’ve attended. Quality of the teachers are consistent, although my favorites are William and Mel. Looking forward to visit and practice when I go back to Melbourne.

THIS is it if you're looking for yoga in this part of Melbourne. Genuinely lovely and knowledgable instructors, functional, welcoming and stunning space to practice. A world class space with great ammenities and equipment to practice at your own time and pace. So glad I found it through Classpass.

One of the most beautiful yoga studios I have been to - love the beautiful amenities and the superb teaching. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Love the deep, meditative humming in the studio - really helps with the practice! This yoga studio is located in Prahran, and they also have an outpost in Sydney and New York City.

I highly recommended this yoga studio. Experienced and friendly instructors. I love all their flows and there is no pressure to be super flexible but always options for a challenge when feeling energetic. An added bonus is their unique, calm and elegant space with absolutely everything you need. Thanks for providing such a wonderful yoga temple HP :)

Beautiful Shala and a warm welcome to the space! Experience was very unique and flow sequencing is great with Julia - improvement would be to showcase the poses during the session however vs walking around the room. Am certain this could be quite intimidating and confusing if you were a beginner and didn't have someone to show you at the front (overhead those newer to yoga having this very discussion in the changing room!)
