Absolutely amazing! One of the best Pho I have had, al of the food was so fresh and great service. We will be back to try the dinner menu

The food is extremely delicious, authentic takes you straight to vietnam! Services is great and they have a beautiful seating area outside. Highly recommend! ♥️

Booking was done online with time slots you need to pick from for sit- down dinner. It was busy with plenty of staff. Orders were taken quickly and with a smile and chat. Lovely to see lots of action in the kitchen and staff were on the ball.In fact, I would say one of the “Best” I have been witness to in regards to service. Unfortunately I forgot to snap some photos! I was enjoying myself too much. Food was flavoursome, fresh and distinct. Had several entrees ,x2 mains and beverage for x2 adults. Roughly $100(with Tip)Love the little story behind The Pink Lotus. Made me want to cry. Love the seating where you can sit on the bench seat with your back against the wall.

My partner and I absolutely love this restaurant. We’re from Sydney and the food here doesn’t even compete with the Vietnamese restaurants there. You can taste every flavour, every natural ingredient and zero msg/heaviness after a meal. We came and stayed in the Uki area for 4 days, and 2 of the nights we had dinner here. Not to mention how friendly the staff are, particularly Brad - he’s such a beautiful soul, very friendly, very welcoming - you just feel at home. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to tell all our family and friends about it!

Pink Lotus offer Asian street style cooking with daily specials. We had barramundi in banana leaf and papaya salad with a generous serve of steamed rice. Bookings are recommended. Excellent value at around $35 per head plus drinks.

Epic experience, fried mushrooms were amazing followed by vego laksa. The place was full so advise you to book a table. Staff were so friendly and happy. Thanks to bread and butter services for showing us where to eat!

Wow..I cannot fault the food at the Pink Lotus. Just find the service not so. Unless you wear bright coloured clothing or put a flower pot on your head to be noticed ..for your order to be taken. Or ..know one of the waiter staff..! Guy's, service with a smile, drop the attitude apart from that ..great place.! Great food..!Warren Tucker

Very good Vietnamese restaurant. One of the best I had in Australia. The staff is great and the margaritas are tasty. Portions size are big. I recommend 100% and will be back.

I had no idea I was dining with the most important people in Mullumbimby, at least that was the staff's attitude. Worst service experience of my life, I felt as if id entered into some alternate cult and had no right to be there. This place is too 'Mullum' for Mullumbimby, it's too 'Mullum' for anywhere. Have never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in a restaurant. The food was very good so it's a shame.
