1. The overcharged and it’s on me to go back in person to get reimbursed.2.We booked for 1pm and had an SMS from them confirming yet when we arrived they said we had booked for 12:45 and they had no time for our haircuts - myself and my teenage daughter. I suggested they do dry cuts so they did.3. My daughter’s cut was very poorly done, she asked for layers and they only layered the bottom. We now have to find another salon and pay again for a haircut.

LOVE Antler Hair Design.The salon is amazing and the team are so great. They have become my regular hair dresser now and so happy to have found someone I can keep coming back to and not worry about if I’m going to be happy or not. I’m always happy!Everyone is super friendly and make you feel welcome. Such a relaxing experience especially with the Aveda tea.I love bringing my dog too as Rachel lets him sit next to me. I just moved to Sydney from Queensland so I wasn't sure where to go to get my hair done but I really needed a cut and colour. I heard lots of people say they went to Antler Hair Designs so I ended up trying that salon in Bondi and it was amazing! I had the owner Rachel do my hair and she did the best job. She listened to what I wanted, was super friendly and helpful and delivered exactly what I asked for. The salon is also super beautiful and the Aveda tea was so amazing. I was very relaxed whilst getting my hair done and left happy which I found rare in Brisbane. Definitely going back there next time!!

Lovely, friendly salon. Use gorgeous Aveda products. Hayley is extremely knowledgeable and has rescued my hair & perfected the colour. Highly recommend!

Antler is the best salon in Sydney. I love the products & the staff are great. Recently had one of the best style cuts of my life, the owner Rachel suggested I go for a thick fringe and since changing styles everyone is commenting how much better my hair looks!

I have been going to Antler for 5 years now and can’t speak highly enough of their lovely and very talented styling team. Jasmine has been doing my colour and cuts for this time and does such a fantastic job everytime. All of the staff are great. It’s always a really nice salon atmosphere.

I had an appointment booked for a haircut on a Friday morning but when I arrived there I was told that my appointment had been cancelled. What's more, they told me they didn't have any availability on that day that if I could call them during the week to see what they could do. Totally disrespectful. I told them I would go somewhere else and they didn't seem to care. I will never go back there. It's a shame because the salon is beautiful and they did a great job when having my hair cut.

Best hair dresser in Sydney!I struggle finding someone to cut my hair well as I have thick curly hair but Rachel, the owner does an incredible job. She is very lovely and professional. I always leave satisfied and love the vibe of the salon as well as the products. The litre shampoo and conditioner make my hair feel amazing even after getting it cut.Would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles with thick or curly hair cuts as well as colour especially if your looking for someone who is passionate and really cares.

I first visited Antler Hair Designs when it was named Inch Hair Designs and they are my hairdresser of choice. I have sometimes visited other salons - and when on an instance or two those other salon visits went awry on the colour side Antler (their skills + Aveda colours) saved the day.Jasmine is a brilliant colourist and stylist/giver-of-haircuts (I have curly hair and trust my tresses happily to her care). The whole experience of the visits is both an uplift and soothe - the friendly and familiar people, the atmosphere and the great results. Thank you.
