I've just moved into an apartment with Blue Earth as the Property Developer. They cut lots of corners to the extent where I'm considering a renovation though it's brand new. The toilet doesn't flush properly, there's only 3 drawers in the kitchen, the promised stone splashbacks are actually synthetic with a stone print. I could go on and on. We were promised a range of things at the sale which they later reneged on. They have great marketing and a poor product, all in all an advertisement for not buying off the plan and increased government regulation.

I purchased an off-plan apartment from the developer Blue Earth Group few years ago at Ivanhoe and moved to the apartment during Covid. I was nervous about how Covid will impact my settlement given so many uncertainties, however everything settled smoothly. I love my apartment which is exactly what I expected, and the building manager also looks after all the residents. The big highlights would be the various amenities – business center (especially the individual room which gives so much privacy), amazing gym, lovely private cinema, squash court and so many others. I love the whole experience and would recommend Blue Earth Group to all.

We have bought an off the plan 2-bedroom apartment in Waterfront and couldn't be happier with the apartment design and the awesome location (on the Maribyrnong river). Meg was very helpful and happily answered all our questions to make sure we were totally comfortable with the apartment. Love the amazing rooftop!!!!

We downsized from a family home in the suburbs to an apartment at Boathouse.. The Blue Earth staff made the whole process seamless. They provided regular updates and the communication and settlement process was great. The finishes were exactly as in the marketing. Highly recommended.

I purchased an apartment at Ivanhoe Gardens. The marketing that was promised such amazing amenities with state of the art gymnasium, squash court, games room etc... I walked through the finished product about two weeks ago. Wow! what a compliment to the team, it is beyond amazing. Thank you Blue Earth I'm loving the experience you've created for me.Especially the squash court, phenomenal addition.

We would like to say a big thank you to meg Loughridge at blue earth we have had the pleasure of dealing with her from the first contact she was friendly she replied to all Enquiries so fast keeping in mind the other thousands of clients she deals with buying off the plan that poor lady we bombard her with questions yet nothing is ever a problem for her to explain clear and she goes over and above to help always such a professional young lady what an asset Meg is to blue earth she has kept our purchase so exciting with updates the best part will be to settle and meet meg and thank her personally we can’t wait, meg from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much we will never forget you Mark and Anita ❤️

During the Covid period, I made the decision to purchase an apartment in Ivanhoe. I must admit that I had concerns about the timely delivery of the property or the possibility of price increases. However, I am pleased to say that Blue Earth Group fulfilled their promises and delivered on time. One of the things I absolutely love about my apartment is the stunning city view I get to enjoy from my balcony. Moreover, the amenities such as the car wash and gym facilities have proven to be incredibly convenient, saving me both time and money.

Mixed bag. Previously lived at Gravity tower which was perfect for us. Never heard a neighbour, great soundproofing and insulation, good quality apartment and products.Now living at United in Richmond and it's the worst apartment we have lived in (and our previous was pretty bad). Paper thin walls to start with absolutely zero insulation. I can confirm there isn't too since for some reason there is a window into the ceiling on our balcony above the balcony door. We can hear the toddler, who lives across the hall, play with his blocks and it sounds like its coming from right above us in our lounge area. We are on the top floor so it's definitely not from above us. We can hear the woman below move her chairs. The finish and quality of products in the apartment a lower tier. Total opposite from another building of theirs.

After two years waiting and using the preferred conveyancer recommended by Blue Earth, they were not able to settle all the properties on the day, three left stranded as the Vendor's bank closed leaving them outstanding. So we now have no keys and can't move in today and everything is planned. Not even a phone call with an apology or allowing a licence agreement to gain access. Really bad customer service. Do not recommend Blue Earth properties.
