Lance tiled my kitchen splash back with natural stone mosaics. He was so precise and did such an excellent job I had him tile my bathroom also. Lance payed close attention to detail making sure all of the finishing touches were just right even down to the silicone. He communicated with me daily and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with his work and I definitely recommend Sama Tiling.

For me service and professionalism are absolute paramount and Lance did not disappoint. He arrived timeously and carried out his work to perfection! What an absolute pleasure to deal with someone of his caliber especially having been so disappointed by the lack of service from other tilers. I would not hesitate to use Lance again. He is truly one of those gems you find and never want to let go.

Cannot recommend Lance enough. He did an amazing job on our toilet refurb. He was responsive, tidy, professional and he is an extremely skilled tiler. Nothing was too much trouble and he even came back on a Sunday morning to hang two glass shelves for us free of charge. It’s rare these days that anyone does anything for nothing so this was a really refreshing experience. If you’re looking for a tiler, stop hesitating. Lance is your guy and he won’t disappoint.

Hands down the best tradie experience we've had. And this is after going through a massive house reno! I wish we had used Lance for our bathroom tiling too. He is the ultimate professional - knowledgeable, transparent about the whole process and just filled us with confidence the whole way! We recently renovated our ensuite. From the initial consultation, quote, pricing and completion of the job - demolition, rendering, water proofing, tiling and painting. Lance and the team were amazing. Really easy to deal with and the communication from Yasmin was great, she even gave us contacts on where to buy bathroom accessories. Lance is amazing. We were referred to him to pave our stairs and rear path, he did an outstanding job. We have recently had them back again to do our drive way, cobblestones and pavers. Lance takes real pride in his craft and the driveway looks amazing, his detail focus on the boarders and the symmetry needed have made it look great.We highly recommend Sama Tile Solutions and Lancelot.

I am very impressed with my bathroom tiling job. Lance removed the tiles, waterproofed and disposed of the rubbish, he was neat and clean. Lance is a lovely guy who took the time to talk the job through with me and kept me updated with photos and calls. I was able to message him at any time with questions and he always responded promptly. Lance was a perfectionist with strong attention to detail and he did not take any short cuts to make it easier for himself. I trusted him with my house keys and with my dog there. He was always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sama Tiling for any tiling job. Thanks Lance for all your help.
