Our Vet Thomastown

Went in today got charged $90.00 to confirm what I already knew - my rescue cat has gum disease or infection gave no pain meds or any estimate of procedure or cost that will be needed. Spoke with other vets after this who couldn’t believe the lack of care. Insane to charge people for essentially nothing. Do not recommend.

I came to my cat's appointment 5 minutes late. Waited at the reception another 5 min. for receptionist to show up. Receptionist told me I was 10 minutes late for the appointment and that we need to come again at some other time. I explained that we were here 5 min. ago and that my cat is sick and would like for vet to check my cat. She went at the back to ask the vet and said that vet is already seeing someone else and can't see my cat.This was obviously double booking made. There was no apology, but blamed me that I was 10 min. late. My cat is sick for 7 weeks now and medications that were given by Dr. Jaspreet didn't help. This was our third appointment in 7 weeks and a lot of money out of pocket. I am not going back there again. Wouldn't recommend.

After going from vet clinic to clinic all morning (due to staff shortages and lots of emergencies), Our Vet was able to squeeze us in between other people early in the morning to have my nervous dogs nose looked at for possibly grass seed.Feeling much relieved that they think it might be residual irritation and medication given to me to ease it up.They were also able to give me details for another Vet with a deeper scope should the sneezing and discharge continue.Thank you Emma and the vet (apologies I didn't hear her name)

Efficient and knowledgeable. Took good care of my pet.made sure she was pain free and did appropriate tests. Vet rang me with updates . Very happy

I have been going to Ourvet Thomastown for a while now and am so happy with the service from both the vets and nurses. They are always responsive and approachable. I always feel like im listened to and they help to explain as best they can. Any request i have had, they have sorted for me. Thanks to the amazing team!!

Extremely appreciative for the wonderful and friendly team at OurVet in Thomastown. A big thank you to Dr Jaspreet, Lauren and Emily for their warm approach and caring services for my cat. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who requires getting their pet's vaccinations or spaying procedures done. Services were taken with care and not rushed at all :)

Terribly customer service. After driving 40 minutes I was told they gave me the wrong time for the appointment. They couldn’t see me and told me to come back in a 2.5hrs.
