From the min we arrived it felt like home. Janie met us in the driveway and showed us to our cottage. The room was just what we needed and the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious too.

What a perfect place to stay while in Launceston. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the front door. Thoughtful touches like chocolates and Port just added to the experience. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of freshly made juice and coffee to wash down an awesome hot meal. The place has an outstanding view of the Tamar River and only a short drive into Launceston. Definitely recommend staying here.

Cosy and comfortable cottage with full amenities, and needless to say the host's hospitality goes beyond the extra mile. The breakfast was yummy & worth it.
