If there is 0 star I will do that. The delivery person pressed my bell and I go downstairs immediately. NO ONE THERE. I check all the entrance even the whole street but NO ONE! I check with the reception they said there was a post office man press the bell then run away immediately!!! Rediculous!!! Then I check my mail box to look for the card. NOTHING!!! So the person who delivery my parcel from Pinkenba Post has stolen my parcel!!! That's very bad. The worst NO. 1 post office I met in the whole brisbane.

Worst! Have lost 2 of my deliveries now to this LPO, please try and avoid your deliveries from going here. The customer service team don't even care, your parcel 'gets delayed' and you'll never receive it.

I’ve lost two different parcels from 2 different vendors which have gone through this sorting facility.No longer ever using aus post again. Will be attempting to report this further

The nightmare that is PINKENBA DC. It sends shivers down my spine every time one of my items goes through this facility because any of the following will happen: A) Often delaying items through this facility, even with Express shipping B) Their van Service never even attempt delivery to the house C) They won't drop any cards to collect the parcel D) Picking up from one of the busiest po offices in Brisbane Indoori, so much fun!

I ordered something from Wooloongabba to go to Yarrabilba. Literally been sitting there for 3 days doing nothing. It's a 40 minute drive. I get things from Shein quicker then this. Bit of a joke. Do better Pikenba!
