I was told that my Hot Water System needed replacing. This morning I had a very honest Plumber Ogilvie Plumbing come to look at the System and suggested that I contact Perth Gas Centre. I phoned at 8.44am to see if I could get the System Serviced ASAP. Michelle was amazing and obliging, by lunchtime David the technician was here to service my HWS and it is now running like new again. Thank you ever so much for your marvelous service. Very highly recommended.

The technician Nick was excellent, on his work alone I would say 5 stars any day. However dealing with the office manager ranks as some of the worst customer experiences I recall. I am afraid we are unable to deal with Nick alone, and have to rate the overall experience.

1yr old hot water system failed. The technician arrived when scheduled, fixed the system, cleaned up and left within 30 mins. Excellent service. Replaced what was needed and let us know as it was covered by warranty that we don't need to pay anything for parts or labour. Very happy with the general demeanor of the technician too
