This shop is amazing and the customer service is fantastic i came in today late night shopping and there was this amazing staff i think her name is eda . She made our day with her advice and she showed us variety of different clothing styles.

I was there on Tuesday this week. And let me tell you! The girl with green hair, she was so sweet and nice :) i was feeling self conscious but she constantly compliments me and if there was something I dislike she knew what to say. I was very flattered and happy with the customer service. This happened when I was changing. She offered other clothes that may suit me. Anyways if you're reading this thank you. Miss girl, you deserve a pay raise. #bluedressgirl Definetly, would want to be friends with her.

Worst place to buy shoes, i bought a tommy hilfiger shoes from them and within one month the leather on the both shoes started to peel off , i complained and they are taking ages to reply and worst is the manager in store wanted me to bring the shoes back in the same box.I wouldn't recommend this shop for brands always use franchise shops.

Simon was amazing. Two times in a row I've needed an emergency outfit for a party on the same day and both times hes helped me pick out something perfect in like 10 mins. Super friendly :)

My one experience at this store was uneventful. The cashier, who I presume to be a supervisor, was eye-rolling and rude to my inquires. Fortunately, another more affable worker, Nese, I believe, offered to intersect and help. From what I could tell, she was a new hire. I would much prefer to be treated with respect, and the initial cashier was just unprofessional. It gives the overall store a bad reputation.

17.7.21 3.15pmChecked into the store then when time to purchase was refused service by both staff as my 6 year old asthmatic daughter was not wearing a mask!! This is not law!!!If your staff are scared please do not force them to work! Happily took our business elsewhere.
