Very helpful salesman well set out.

Very bad experience. They replaced carpets in my house about 2.5 years ago, poor quality work- carpets started lifting up from edges after 1.5 year only. I sent them photos and requested if they can get it fixed and offered to pay for the work, very poor response- agreed to send some one to fix it in the end. I have been contacting them again and again for last 8 months but no one has yet come to fix the issue.

We did a layby, DIY install. We had so many unexpected expenses including having a baby but there was no pressure from these guys. They helped us in the process of choosing what would be best for our circumstances, colours and how best to lay them and they were right on all accounts. Extremely happy! The attendant was very helpful he was on his own due to sickness and the phone kept on ringing which we were happy for him to answer seriously considering purchasing through them

Where do I start. Unfortunately my partner and I have had to deal with discount city carpets with them being the chosen by our builder. The first installation of our flooring before handover was appalling and our handover was delayed because we refused to pay the builder until it was rectified. We then move into our home where we started to get bubbling of the floors. We were first accused of “water damage” but they sent out a contractor of theirs and he said he’s seen water damage flooring and our floor was definitely not water damaged. He said the floor has been incorrectly installed and needs to be ripped up and re installed with a plastic underlayer.So we have the floor repaired again, the floor is good for a few months and then gaps between the floor panels and the wall cornices start to appear. Upon closer inspection I also notice loose pieces of cornices where the contractors didnt even glue or nail.So we contact them again it’s now the secondThey come and repair to a better standard. But unfortunately now we have gaps again between the floor boards and the wall cornices again. My partner and I are absolutely exhausted with this experience and are now looking at alternative flooring.Our flooring is “oak leaf collection” - laminate flooring by preference flooring. For reference.

contacted gepps cross regarding staircase flooring. steve was the guy who was on the other end, gave a price, booked a measure. came out, discussed some options and was going to go back and re quote.2 weeks later, multiple emails, calls etc to the store with promises of call backs to be made, none arised.today i get told steve is on 2 weeks leave and nothing has been done with my order or passed onto anyone else.his last day of work was after i had emailed 3 times and called 2 times. yet nothing.AVOID these guys.
