Post this poor review they contacted me to ask me to complain in writing. If they responded to requests as I asked in the first instance I would not be writing this review. Contact people back and respond by giving your legal knowledge to those who need it. This is the purpose of your service, not to send automated emails and demand people fill in forms and enact time wasting complaints.
