Did not answer my question at all. Must not have even read my enquiry as the information provided had nothing to do with my enquiry.

Repaired my phone screen well, but the service was appalling. I dopeed my phone in on a Monday mid morning and did no hear back from anyone. I called them on Wednesday in the middle of the day and was told someone would call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back again at 4:30 and was told that someone would call me straight back. A message was left on my phone after 5 saying that they needed my approval to get a replacement screen and I needed to call them back the next morning to do this. They then needed to order the screen which wouldn't come in until the next day. But I was assured that my phone would be ready by the next Monday. I called on the Monday and was then advised that it would not be ready until Tuesday, when it was finally ready. One day and one week to replace a screen and needing to be chased up that many times is just not good enough.
